Made from solid rubberwood, this trivet is designed for both practical use and to be aesthetically pleasing. Whether being used in the kitchen or on the altar, this piece is designed to ground and elevate. It is heat resistant and hand-burned with Celtic knotwork. You could use it to ground the energy of a meal or just as easily let it anchor your altar tools as part of your spiritual practice. This item is consecrated through ritual preparation before it is shipped to its new home.

Over time and with extended use, the woodburned design may lighten. Regular conditioning with a food grade oil can help revitalize the piece and help maintain the integrity of the design.

This trivet can handle the heat of everyday use. It is safe for warm dishes and cookware that has been removed from direct heat. Avoid placing pans or cast iron on it immediately after leaving a burner or oven. It can scorch or burn the surface. Allow cookware to cool briefly before setting it on the trivet. Do not expose the trivet to open flame or use it inside the oven or under a broiler. Clean with a gentle wipe and avoid soaking or submerging in water.
